Established in 1976, Strand Art Company remains a family owned business. Becoming an ASI Supplier in 1980, Strand Art Company depends on ASI Distributors as a national sales force. For over 30 years we have offered FREE Literature, samples, paper proofs, and even the phone call is FREE at 800.233.8558. There's one thing we realized when we became an ASI Supplier . . . our success depends upon your success. We will do anything possible for you to make the sale. Strand Art Company is based in one manufacturing facility that was purchased in 1988 located at 4700 East Hunter, Anaheim, CA 92807. Employing 33 individuals, we are very proud that the majority of our employees have been with us in excess of 10 years . . . six employees have been with us for over 20 years. In the past our main market through distributors, was the Automobile Dealer. In recent years we have diversified into Military, Religious Sayings, Colleges, Banks, Churches, Sports, Repair Shops and various other markets.

While we are highly proud of our loyal past, we are equally proud of our potential future. Strand Art Company is the last domestic manufacturer of Die Cast Zinc License Plate Frames. If you purchase a chrome plated plastic frame, or a die cast zinc frame (from someone other than us), you are buying an import. In other words, you are supporting a foreign economy. Does that matter? We feel it does, buying from a foreign country supports their paint suppliers, their corrogated suppliers, their zinc suppliers, their electricity suppliers . . . and most importantly, their labor force. In this day and age of a troubled world economy, just think of how many jobs are created in a foreign economy due to the purchase of a simple foreign license plate frame.

Our 2010 Product Line consists of three main products:

• PlasticDisplay Plates - available in the three thicknesses of .015, .030 and .055. The display plate is an excellent item for short term automobile dealership advertising.
• Plastic License Plate Frames - ranging from the simple Silk Screen Plastic Frame (excellent for multi color imprint, flat silk screen copy), the standard raised copy 12 Style Plastic Frame (raised copy, no set up on 500 and above), and the High View Plastic Frame (raised copy, various configurations for all 50 states).
• Die Cast Zinc License Plate Frames - Strand Art Company is the ONLY domestic manufacturer of Die Cast Zinc License Plate Frames. Manufacturing die cast frames since 1996, we feel confident that we offer the best selection in the industry. All starting with a zinc casting, decorating choices range from Standard Chrome, Black Powder Coating, Antique Pewter, Polished Chrome and Polished Brass . . . all manufactured in the USA.
